About us
We firmly believe that being active has an impact not just on our physical health but also on our mental health. Often it helps to have an objective to train for, to provide motivation and focus.
The team have a passion for trail running, swimming and aquathlon and want to provide the opportunity for people of all ages and abilities to participate.
We are keen to make these events available to our local communities and promote a happy and healthy lifestyle. We have many years of experience both as competitors and event organisers and we strive to deliver an enjoyable and safe event for everyone.
